Where the hell have I been?

The hardest part of having a blog is having something to put on the blog. I'll give it the old college try. We, at Hones Harbor House, are making new friends from around the states and beyond. However, business has been slow and I blame it on the pandemic, but it's not just us who are hurting for customers, but most of our neighbors as well. Please, if you get a chance, come on down to Historic Bridge Street Harbor and visit the awesome shops and top of the line restaurants. When you're done, don't forget to stop in at Popp-A-Razzi for some out of this world popcorn or Fitzgerald's Wine bar for the best wine around these here parts. If that doesn't fill you up, head to Marianne's Chocolates for devilishly delicious candy. Bridge Street won America's Top Downtown a couple of years ago and we still consider ourselves to be the same every year. We are not having our annual Beach Glass Festival in June, but perhaps in September, depending on how this pandemic clears up. But we will have different crafters showcasing their work on the Facebook page "Ashtabula Beach Glass Festival." Until then, I'll put some items on my website for sale. It's not the same, but oh well. We do what we can. Take care, talk to you tomorrow.
