THOSE WHO WAIT REVIEWS***** This is such a wonderful book ...I felt like I was watching a classic movie instead of reading a book.
I highly recommend this book and advise you keep a box of Kleenex nearby.

From the Author I enjoyed writing this book because it is based on a real life Confederate Prison Camp in Ohio. Southern Officers were kept on a small island in Lake Erie to keep them from escaping. Many of them died on the island and are buried there to this day. It broke my heart they never got to go back home to the states they were fighting for. The Daughters of the Confederacy erected a statue of a southern soldier gazing southward. They maintain the graves and surrounding grounds. An interesting, rather forgotten piece of Civil War history.
Five STARS *****Gore Orphanage Road I loved this wicked ghost story and found myself glued to my chair as I was reading it. I love any story that makes you lose track of time and place and I must say that Ms. Hones definitely did that to me with her tale. I was so engrossed in this story that when I heard a noise nearby I nearly jumped out of my skin thinking it was something happening to me. The author knows how to tell a story that not only pulls her readers in, but also takes them on the ride of their lives while reading about Alexis and her family. This is a new author to me and now she definitely has a new fan! I recommend this story to anyone looking for a great read or if you're especially a ghost story lover such as myself! -- Night Owl Teen Review

Titanic Tale Long and Short of It Review: FIVE STARS-BOOK OF THE MONTH***** I like paranormal with a touch of romance and a hint of mystery, so I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. The writing was excellent and carried the story forward smoothly until it reached a satisfactory, if unexpected, conclusion.
Laugh In the Dark FIVE STARS*****Review: It’s been awhile since I’ve read a horror/ghost book that gave me the chills. I miss those kind of stories- the ones that when you read them, a wave of goosebumps run up your arms, and the shivers run down your spine. I grew up reading these types of books and I don’t come across then easily. I’m really glad I was able to have been introduced to Lynn Hones’ writing. The style of this authors books keeps me guessing and at the edge of my seat. I love the fact that Hones writes in different sub genres and seems to nail it every time. Lynn Hones is an author to watch. Storm Goddess Reviews.
